Honco Monco Music ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have over it, in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- The content of your message
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you go on to book a class, to arrange and administer that booking. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
How we process it
Our contact form is handled by Web3Forms, a third-party form processor that delivers your submission to our inbox by email. The form is also protected by hCaptcha, which helps prevent automated spam submissions. Both providers may process your data outside the UK; each has their own privacy policy governing how they handle it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, where relevant, to deliver classes you've booked, typically no more than 12 months, after which it is deleted unless we're required to keep it for longer.
Your rights
You have the right to ask us what personal data we hold about you, to request a copy of it, to ask us to correct or delete it, or to withdraw your consent to us holding it. To do so, contact us at [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you're unhappy with how we've handled your data.
